Davide Gaglione

My day job is to turn business needs into software solutions. I start by understanding how people work, where processes slow down, and what a solution needs to achieve. Depending on the context, that may mean a custom application, an integration, or tailored work on platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP.

My background and knowledge of software architecture help me choose how to implement each solution so it fits existing systems and remains reliable and practical to maintain. Software is both my work and my hobby, so I keep learning and stay up to date with new technologies and approaches.

I use AI to study problems, explore solutions, and speed up development. It helps me work with greater productivity and efficiency while I stay responsible for the architectural decisions and the quality of the result.

I started coding when I was seven, after my father brought home our first computer, and I haven't really put it down since.

I also enjoy hardware, especially the moment software brings a physical creation to life. That interest in building things goes back to childhood, when I was a huge LEGO fan.

Outside work, I follow finance and investing, especially how software, data, and AI can support better analysis and decisions.

In September 2026 I started a bachelor's degree in Statistics, Machine Learning and Economics at the University of Milano-Bicocca. It gives me stronger foundations where my work and interests meet: data, AI, and finance.

I enjoy training at the gym and staying healthy.
